Returns
NO RETURNS AT ALL ON JEWELRY ITEMS. THIS IS FINAL SALE DUE TO DEEPLY DISCOUNTED PRICES.
If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the item that it is defective. You must provide a photo of the item. Once we receive the photos, we will issue you a credit or a refund but we will not ship any replacement items. You are welcome to purchase another of the same item if we still have them available. Please note that an open O ring is NOT a defective item. Please make sure the item is in fact defective before contacting us. Often times, the item is repairable due to an open O ring. Items such as these are not refundable as they are not defective.

No returns are accepted at this time. Please do not send the item back to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be credited or returned. We will only CREDIT or REFUND if items are defective. Once an item has been worn and or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a refund or credit. To complete your refund or credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (Paparazzi).

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Order CancellationÂ
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped and a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by Bedazzle Me Pretty, within four hours of placing the order.

Cancellations received after four hours of placing the order, can be refunded provided the items have not shipped, however, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Receiving the Wrong ProductÂ
If WE send you the wrong product by mistake, we will NOT ship a replacement unless you have an upcoming order, at which time we would be happy to include a replacement to ship with that order. With the rising cost of shipping and the prices of our items being deeply discounted, it is not cost effective to send replacements. If you do not plan to order again in the near future where we can send a replacement, we would be happy to issue a credit or refund instead.
We are not responsible for replacing items that YOU ordered by mistake. No refunds or exchanges on incorrectly ordered items.
Combining Orders & Shipping ChargesÂ
If you place multiple orders in the same day, you can request to have your orders shipped together but no refunds will be issued for the additional shipping charges. Please plan accordingly before completing your order.
Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled.
Orders may not be combined to reach any eligible free shipping offers. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs. The method of shipping offered at no cost under these terms is "Standard Shipping" i.e. First Class Mail or Parcel Post/Parcel Select. In the event a customer would like priority shipping, then they would be responsible for the whole shipping amount. Use of any free shipping promotion negates the customers right to return an item under any circumstance, i.e. use of the free shipping code means no returns, for any reason. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered by USPS. This promotion applies only to the 48 contiguous states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or military bases.Â

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
